Oh, you want an ‘about’ section? or ‘Meet the team?’ Or ‘T’s and C’s’? Cool cool cool. My name is Hywel, and I’ve been using the name Low Fat since I was 16 when I set up my first production company, 'Low Fat Theatre.' Since then, I have immersed myself in various creative endeavours, including being a theatre director, radio presenter, screenwriter, business advisor, rabbit hotel owner, prolific traveller, production company director, and pursuing countless other passions. I thrive on multitasking, as it allows me to devote my time to the things I absolutely love.
Low Fat Productions always comes down to one thing, that annoys the hell out of my friends and family — my LOVE of things. When I love something I want to share it with everyone. Because I really don’t love everything. I hone in on the most necessary, most magnificent, simple, or beautiful things, and I try to get as many people to benefit from them as possible. Whether that’s creating a world in a podcast, finding the simplicity within a story when directing, turning an entrepreneurial idea into simple actions, or working on a joke as if you are paying a thousand pounds per word. Work with me, I hope you’ll agree. Oh, a disclaimer… Erm… If I give you ANY kind of advice, it’s up to you to be an adult and look after your safety… I’m not liable for something you do, and everything that I do, is usually recommending things or techniques or methods that come from elsewhere (like - I don’t fly the plane you fly on, or sell you the plane ticket, and I may suggest you run across a stage in a performance, but I don’t suggest that’s safe - that’s up to you!).
